According to our "General Terms and Conditions", ordered products can be returned in the condition in which they were received (without signs of use, with all labels and accompanying documents), within 14 days from the date of receipt. For more information, see here.
Return Policy:
You must return the products in their original packaging, the products must be without signs of use, without defects, with all tags, accessories, etc. We advise you to try on the purchased products without removing the labels, as they may be damaged or lost. Please note that a product returned without a tag cannot be released for resale.
