Returns And Refunds
We offer a 14 day return policy.
This 14 days starts as soon as your item arrives. Returns will not be accepted on any items that arrive after this 14 days.
To be eligible for a return your item must comply with the following conditions:
• The item hasn't been worn
• The item is returned in the same condition, in the original bags with tags still attached. Any item that arrives to us without either their original tags or packaging will be returned to the customer and a refund will not be provided.
• The item must be in original, saleable condition. Any items that arrives with heavily damaged packaging will not be refunded.
Important: Return/Exchange is at buyer's expense!
To begin a return, please contact us via email at mynixxy.shop@gmail.com or via the contact form on the site. Please include in the message your order number and the product you wish to return or exchange! If your return is accepted we will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package.
Within 7 working days of receiving the returned products, we will issue a refund for your products.
• For orders paid with the Cash on Delivery method – the value will be refunded to the bank account specified by you.
• For orders paid with PayPal – the value will be refunded to your PayPal account.
CANSELATIONS
We process orders extremely quickly! If you'd like to cancel an order, you will be charged a 4% processing fee, this will cover our postage and packaging cost, as well as the merchants fee.
